On registration we may collect your contact information the first and last name, email address, postal address and phone number. Your reviews, feedback about our product and service are also monitored. We receive and store any information you enter on our website or mobile application. We send e-mail for order confirmation with the order ID. Happy bazaar does not rent, sell or share your personal information and will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information to third parties. Happy Bazaar reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time. Such changes will be updated immediately on website.
Cancellation policy:
As a customer, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. No cancellation fee will be collected on order cancellation. Also happy bazaar has the right to cancel any order if it does not satisfy the minimum order requirement.
Return and Refund Policy:
If you have any concerns with the wrong product delivered, not satisfied with the quality, freshness or physical condition of the product, you may return the product on door-step delivery to the delivery personnel. We have no questions on return. We will take back the returned product back with us and refund the necessary. No cancellation charges are applied. Any product which is opened and found defective when not in the presence of our delivery person, will not be accepted as returns. Raising a request for refund beyond 24 hours of order delivery will be rejected.
Shipping policy:
Happy Bazaar does not collect any delivery charges from customer. All orders are delivered for free. Incase our delivery person asks for delivery charges or service charge you can place complaint through E- mail: happybazaar21@gmail.com or phone 9176349917.
Free offer condition:
Free offer applies for categories vegetables, fruits, provisions, dhall, millets, detergents, personal care and pooja needs which should also satisfy minimum order requirement.
Minimum order value:
Minimum order value depends upon the area's distance located from Koyambedu, Chennai. For areas located within 1 - 7 kms, the minimum order value is Rs 300. For 8 - 12 kms, Rs 400 and for 13 - 20 kms, minimum order value is Rs 500. Orders below the minimum value required will be cancelled. Products under the category vegetables, fruits, daily provisions, dhall, millets, detergents, personal care and pooja needs can be present in order list for minimum value. Products in other categories mentioned above can be purchased which will not be included in minimum order value.
